Mediation is a way to give you a chance to talk together. My responsibility is to provide that opportunity. I won't tell you what to do, I won't make any decisions or judgments, and I won't take sides. As your mediator, I will be neutral. If talking together becomes difficult and I am asked to intervene, I will ask questions to help you clarify your thoughts and feelings. Then communication will likely become possible again. Communication opens the door to mutual understanding and the possibility of a satisfying resolution of the conflict. Please feel free to give me a call for a free initial consultation.
