I work with families to help them get to know themselves better individually and then as a couple or group.

We explore topics such as culture, expectations and contributions. I assist with brainstorming and idea generating techniques. Then we are able to approach the mediation as a family project with me as just the facilitator of the process.

While I do Family Mediation, I do not practice in Divorce Mediation.

My work background is in Employment retention issues and diversity appreciation as well as talent management and research.  My philosophy is that a good team is fostered and built on a foundation of hard work, trust and mutual respect.

If a team is not diverse in talent, growth opportunities can elude an organization.

If an organization is growing, difficulties may arise which often stems from a breakdown in communication - either in styles or practices or both.

We begin our process by addressing singular issues or taking stock of organizational direction and individual contribution.
